Punching and Blanking Oil
High viscosity for lubricant film in punching, blanking and sheet metal bending
Oil for punching, blanking and bending of steel sheet. The high viscosity ensures the lubricant film in high point-pressure zones, protecting the punch edge and die edge, reducing burr formation and improving cut geometry. Silicone-free — fully compatible with subsequent welding, painting and adhesives. The formulation with corrosion inhibitors also protects punched parts during storage between operations. Viscosity ISO VG 100 to 220.
