2. Scope and acceptance

These General Terms of Sale govern all commercial transactions between LUBESOLUT S.L. and its clients, whether through the website www.lubesolut.com, by email, telephone or any other channel. Placing an order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these terms.

3. Orders and confirmation

All orders are subject to product availability and written confirmation from LUBESOLUT. An order is considered firm only once the client has received written confirmation (email or document) from our commercial team.

LUBESOLUT reserves the right to refuse any order that does not meet minimum quantity requirements or that conflicts with current production or supply capacity.

4. Prices

Prices quoted by LUBESOLUT are exclusive of VAT unless expressly stated otherwise. Shipping costs, customs duties or any other applicable taxes are not included in the price and will be specified separately.

LUBESOLUT reserves the right to update its price list at any time. Prices confirmed in writing for an accepted order will not be subject to unilateral modifications.

5. Payment

Payment terms are agreed individually with each client and specified in the order confirmation. Standard options include: bank transfer, direct debit and payment on delivery. Failure to pay on the agreed date will entitle LUBESOLUT to suspend future deliveries and apply default interest.

6. Delivery and transport

Delivery times are estimates and are not binding unless expressly agreed in writing. LUBESOLUT will endeavour to meet the agreed deadlines but shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party transport agencies, force majeure events or circumstances beyond its control.

Transport costs will be borne by the client unless otherwise agreed. In the event of visible damage upon receipt, the client must record this on the carrier's documentation and notify LUBESOLUT within 24 hours.

7. Returns and right of withdrawal

Consumer clients have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods to exercise the right of withdrawal, without the need for justification (in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007).

To initiate a return, the client must contact us at info@lubesolut.com. The product must be returned in its original condition, with all documentation, accessories and original packaging intact. The return shipping costs are borne by the client.

Once the returned goods are received and verified, the refund will be processed within 14 calendar days using the same payment method used in the original purchase.

8. Warranty

LUBESOLUT S.L. guarantees that its products comply with the technical specifications stated in the corresponding Technical Data Sheets (TDS). Products are manufactured in accordance with ISO 9001:2015. In the event of a justified claim, LUBESOLUT will proceed to replace the defective product or refund its value, at its discretion.

9. Data protection

Personal data provided during the purchase process will be processed by LUBESOLUT S.L. for order management and commercial communication purposes, in accordance with our Privacy Policy available at www.lubesolut.com/privacidad.

10. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Barcelona, unless mandatory consumer protection legislation requires a different jurisdiction.
