LUBESOLUT is a Spanish company that produces its own industrial lubricants with in-house R&D. Every product we sell has been formulated, manufactured and analysed by us.

100% own manufacturing
We do not distribute or package for third parties. We formulate, produce and analyse in our own facility. Every batch leaves with its Certificate of Analysis (COA) and full traceability from raw material to delivery.
In-house R&D
Internal laboratory with viscometric, tribological and oxidative analysis equipment. New or adapted formulations without intermediaries. From the client's problem to a validated solution, directly.
Technicians, not salespeople
The person who handles client enquiries knows the formulation. No commercial filters: the technician who resolves the query is the same one who worked on the product. Response in under 24 h with genuine technical expertise.
Flexibility with no catalogue minimums
Batches from 200 litres. Custom packaging. Private label. Specific formulation projects without needing to fit into standard references. Every client has different requirements.
Full documentation included
Technical Data Sheet (TDS), Safety Data Sheet (SDS) and COA per batch, at no additional cost. Compliant with client audits, REACH/CLP requirements and sector regulations.
Technical rigour and transparency
We only claim what we can demonstrate. H1 range with FDA 21 CFR §178.3570 compliance. ISO 9001:2015. Active REACH management. We do not invent certifications or attribute properties without laboratory backing.

Founded in Barcelona
LUBESOLUT is established as a manufacturer of special industrial lubricants for the machining sector.
R&D laboratory opened
Creation of the in-house formulation department. First custom formulations for clients in the food industry.
ISO 9001 and food-grade range
Obtaining ISO 9001 certification. Launch of the NSF-certified H1 range for the food industry.
National reference
Over 500 active formulations, presence in +20 sectors and clients across the Iberian Peninsula.
