Hot Forging Lubricant

Water-based with graphite or boron for steel and aluminium forging at 800–1200°C

Hot forging lubricant for dies and punches in steel and aluminium forging operations at 800–1200°C. Formulated in aqueous base with colloidal graphite or boron as lubricating agents for extreme temperatures. Acts simultaneously as a release agent (facilitates part extraction), lubricant for the die-part interface and die coolant. Application by spraying onto the die before each blow. The aqueous base ensures maximum cooling effect on the hot die.
