Dielectric Protection Grease
Certified dielectric protection for electrical connectors, HV systems and electric vehicles
Dielectric protection grease specifically formulated for electrical connectors, terminals, relays, switches and high-voltage systems. Unlike general silicone grease, this formulation has certified dielectric strength (kV/mm) values, is compatible with a wide range of engineering plastics (PA, PBT, PP, ABS) and elastomers (EPDM, silicone) common in electrical and automotive connectors. Essential in EV/HEV installations where high-voltage connectors (400–800 V) require simultaneous insulation and corrosion protection. Silicone-free — does not stain or interfere with polyurethane sealants or paints.
