Maximum oxidative and mechanical stability for sealed long-life bearings — electric motors and sealed applications
Ultra-long-life greases for sealed bearings (2Z, 2RS) that cannot be relubricated during service. The value proposition is not just the product — it is guaranteeing that the bearing lasts until end of equipment life without intervention. Key properties: very high oxidative stability (PDSC > 200 min at 210°C), minimal mechanical degradation after millions of cycles (stable NLGI after 100,000 cone and plate cycles) and demonstrated compatibility with bearing seal elastomers (NBR, FKM). IMPORTANT: 'for life' means nominal service conditions — always specify temperature and speed to the client.
