High-purity HC base for cold rolling with bright finish and clean burn-off
Cold rolling lubricant formulated with high-purity HC (hydrocracking) bases for steel, aluminium and copper coils. The HC base ensures minimal smoke and oil mist generation during high-speed rolling. Provides a bright, homogeneous surface finish directly from the rolling mill. Compatible with subsequent annealing processes: clean burn-off without carbonaceous residues that would affect surface finish or subsequent coating processes. Viscosity ISO VG 5 to 22.
