Single-Phase Immersion Cooling Fluid
Dielectric fluid for full server immersion — European alternative to Novec and Fluorinert
Single-phase immersion cooling (SPIC) dielectric fluid for high-density data centres. European alternative manufactured in Spain to fluorinated fluids (3M Novec, Fluorinert) with similar thermal performance but significantly lower global warming potential (GWP). Formulated with ester or isomerised hydrocarbon base free of halides. Compatible with all common server materials (PCB, FR4, SAC solder, PA, PBT, POM plastics, copper, aluminium). Enables rack densities of 100 kW+ with heat reuse (waste heat recovery for building heating).
Specifications
Custom formulation available
Characteristics
- Dielectric strength >35 kV — safe for PCBs and uncoated components
- Low GWP vs fluorinated fluids (Novec, Fluorinert) — sustainable alternative
- Compatible with all server materials (PCB, Cu, Al, plastics)
- Enables heat reuse — waste heat recovery >45°C for heating
- Rack densities 30–100+ kW in single-phase immersion
Typical applications
- Single-phase immersion of AI GPU servers (H100, MI300)
- High-density data centres (HPC, cloud)
- LLM training clusters and generative AI models
- ASIC miner and blockchain equipment immersion
- High-performance computing (HPC) laboratories
Sectors
Key advantages
