Greases for Valves, Gas and Oxygen Service
Lubrication of gas, oxygen and special fluid valves — BAM and ATEX certification
Special greases for the lubrication and sealing of valves handling gases, oxidising fluids (oxygen, hydrogen peroxide), flammable gases (natural gas, propane, hydrogen) and industrial inert gases. Two families: (1) PFPE/PTFE — chemically and thermally inert, compatible with oxygen and strong oxidising agents, BAM certified for oxygen service; (2) Silicone + PTFE — for natural gas and inert gases at medium pressure. Incorrect grease selection in an oxygen valve can cause a fire through exothermic reaction. Available on request — limited stock depending on demand.
