Medium Quenching Oil

Balance between hardness and minimum distortion for alloy and tool steels

Medium cooling rate quenching oil for alloy and tool steels. Balance between maximum hardness and minimum distortion, particularly indicated for complex geometry parts where fast quenching would cause cracks or unacceptable distortion. High cooling curve stability over time — metallurgical process reproducibility guaranteed. Working temperature 50 to 100°C. Low foaming tendency under agitation.
